Q:  Where do you ship and how much?

A:  My suppliers ship for me.  They can ship to all states of the USA as well as APO and FPO.   They are currently not able to ship to a regular PO.  They are also not able to ship internationally.  Each item is clearly marked where it will ship and how much.  Most of the time shipping is free.  In order to ship internationally, I have them send me your item and I then ship it internationally.

Q:  Do you charge Taxes?

A:  Only if you are from Arizona

Q:  What if I want to upgrade the shipping from ground to overnight, 2 day, or 3 day?

A:  Give me your addy and what it is you want to order, and I will give you an estimate.  Of course some products are not available to expedited shipping.

 Q:  When will you ship my item?

 A:  My suppliers usually ship the same day I receive your payment.  Some ship within 24 hours.  But please allow 2-3 business days, just in case.

Q:  If an item is out of stock, can I stil place an order.

A: YES, but I will e-mail you to verify that you know the item is out of stock.  Also payment must still be received in full.  You must also know that sometimes certain manufacturers like Galco, will take 1-10 weeks to get the item back in stock.  Refunds will no longer be available once you confirm your knowledge that an item is out of stock and you still want a back order placed.

Q:  If I ordered an item, and I am later informed that it is out of stock, may I get a refund?

A:  Right away and in FULL

Q:  What gives?  An item was not marked as out of stock and you tell me it is out of stock?

A:  I have 2-3 suppliers for a lot of my items.  With the volume of items coming and going Nationwide and Internationally, it is just easier to just leave the stock statement alone.  Because 95% of the time, one of my suppliers will have it.

Q:  I received a broken item.  What now?

A:  If you have just received your item within 24-48 hours, please contact me by e-mail ASAP.  Anytime after that, you must contact the manufacturer.  ALL the items are NEW and come with whatever warranty the manufacturer includes.

Q:  Do you keep items in stock?

A:   Most My items are actually shipped by my suppliers from their warehouse.  I am currently working with some of the top distributors for the line of goods I sell.  They have earned the praise of manufacturers as well as government entities alike.  I do however keep a couple items on hand.

Q:  Do you have any references?

A:    I have HUNDREDS of positive feedback (Satisfied Customers) from my e-bay store.  Prices on this site will be lower than prices on my e-bay store.  Why?  Because I do not have to pay E-bay fees on things I sell on my site.   My ebay feedback can be viewed by clicking here.  When you deal with me, you are dealing with a person.  While some would prefer to be treated like a number by a big company, there are some out there who would prefer to deal with a person they can communicate with.

Q:  What happened?  I just got an e-mail saying the price of an item I just bought is no longer valid.

A:  Our suppliers are routinely changing their prices.  New suppliers are also found to replace old ones.  If an item you bought has changed in price, you will be notified.  A hold in processing will automatically be placed.  We will not make a move until you have decided to continue with the order and the new price or if you want to cancel.   You will be refunded in full for a cancelation due to price change.  The prices reflected on the website are kept updated as fast as humanly possible, and are accurate about 99.5 % of the time.  But sometimes items are bought before the price can be updated.  I would sell to you at the older cheaper price, but almost all of my items are shipped for me by my suppliers.  So selling at the older price is not always feasable.  On a side note, I have an average of a 5% mark up.  That means most of my items are sold 5% over my total cost.

Q:  You do not have the item I want.  In fact, you do not have much.

A:  I have THOUSANDS of items to add to this store.  I just haven't gotten around to adding your item.  Tell me what it is and I will add it right away if it is available to me.  If it is not available to me, I will let you know.  Just drop me an e-mail.
