By buying a vest from us, you certify that you are a law-abiding citizen, 18years of age or older, and have no felony convictions, not legally prohibited from owning fire arms or body armor, not affiliated with any criminal or criminal groups or hate groups, and intend to use the vest only for lawful purposes. It is against the law for a felon to possess Body Armor under both federal law and State law.  I will not break the law by selling to Felons and minors.

Exporting Level III and IV armor plates requires a Permit.  We do not allow international orders of armor plates.  Level II-A, Level II and Level III-A Body Armor could require a Department of Commerce export license but are generally license exempt to most countries.
To check on Body Armor regulations in your country, and estimate import duties and taxes into your country, please consult your government. Some products may be prohibited for import into your country.  It is the  responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all transactions conform to Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances.  We will not keep track of your local laws for you.

It is legal for normal citizens to own body armor in all 50 States.  However, residents of Connecticut are prohibited from buying body armor unless it is a face to face sale or you are military or police. 

NO Armor is 100% Bulletproof - they are bullet resistant.

The fragments may slide of or deflect and may still cause injury.  If the body armor IS NOT successful in stopping the projectile, you will get hurt by the projectile.  If the body armor IS successful in stopping the projectile, YOU MAY STILL GET HURT BY THE PROJECTILE.  You may still have bruising, broken bones, or other internal injury. 

WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY-- you will not hold us liable.  PERIOD.

By buying Armor you assume ALL risks of use or misuse, and agree not to hold us liable in any way.

With all that mumbo jumbo stuff said, I will not sell body armor that I would not be willing to wear myself in armed conflict.
